Sinthujan and Laina operate as a dotted-line Bridge between the OCTO and PMs — understanding every project, translating vision into execution across all teams.
Pod Structure
Each pod has a Technical Lead, Software Developers, a Product Owner, and QA. One developer per major feature. Founding Engineers own their domain verticals with new hires scaling capacity.
